Shipping Policy
All items purchased before 4pm everyday are sent the same day,all items are free of charge and sent out in letter boxes/shipping bags/medium-large boxes.
Live products are sent out monday to wednesday.
Return & Exchange Policy
We know that sometimes things happen in life so all items that are unopened or unused have a 30 day return policy (excluding live plants and snails).
Refunds are processed once the item is back with us,we do not offer free return as we offer free shipping on all items,but as soon as we have the item back we can issue refunds.
